Bio:

Based in Madrid, Ivan Devero is one of Spain’s most respected hard-groove & funky techno Artists. His fondness for techno comes from more than 10 years of being in the Techno scene. His outstanding victory in the national DJ competition “Groove Dance Club” in 2002 and his 2 consecutive runners-up places in Techno Culture’s DJ competitions ensured Ivan is a recognizable face in the world of Techno. So far throughout his DJ career he has had the chance to play at major events and festivals, sharing the stage with world famous stars such as Dj Pepo, DJ Murphy, Umek, Valentino Kanzyani, Alexander Kowalski, Hertz and Paco Osuna, the list goes on!

More recently you can go and watch Ivan across Europe showcasing his own sound in the form of exclusive live acts during which he plays his own released and unreleased tracks and remixes!

As a producer Ivan has had nothing but success, he has held numerous top chart positions within the top online stores and his tracks are regularly charted by other respected Techno artists. His track “Insane” was included in the CD compilation Code Sessions Volume 2 mixed by Nuke & Cesar Almena. His other productions released on both vinyl and digital are signed to major international labels including Adult, Patterns, Gt Muzik, Standbite Music and Sub Cult.

As well as other labels Ivan also puts tracks out on his own new label Rekktor Music, releasing on both digital and vinyl. You can expect to see absolute quality, funky, tribal and hard-groove productions. His tracks have so far gained support from the likes of Carl Falk, David Moleon, Raul Mezcolanza, Aka Carl, Fer BR and Elton D.

Ivan has recently teamed up with Spanish artist Nuke to form the new and exciting funky / dark techno project Kontra, bringing you fresh beats, live acts and productions.
